Indemnitee’s obligation to reimburse the Company for any Expense Advance shall be unsecured and no interest shall be charged thereon.
If so requested by Indemnitee, the Company shall advance (within two business days of such request) any and all Expenses to Indemnitee (an "Expense Advance").
In the event that any claim for indemnity, whether an Expense Advance or otherwise, is made hereunder and is not paid in full within sixty (60) calendar days after written notice of such claim is delivered to the Vendor, the Agency may, but need not, at any time thereafter, bring suit against the Vendor to recover the unpaid amount of the claim (hereinafter “Enforcement Action”).
