Expenditure Schedule means the expenditure schedule set out in Schedule 19 or, as the context requires, Schedule 19A. Extended Tertiary Usage Period means, subject to earlier termination in accordance with the provisions of this Contract, the period from (and including) the day following the last day of the Unextended Tertiary Usage Period until (and including) the last day of the Tertiary Usage Period.

  • Capital Expenses expenses that are capital in nature or required under GAAP to be capitalized.
