Expedited Process definition

Expedited Process means, as described in Section 3.3, process steps for Listed Facilities from initial application to final written authorization, using a set of technical screens to determine impact on the Company EPS.

Examples of Expedited Process in a sentence

  • Even if a proposed project initially fails a particular Screen in the Expedited Process, if Supplemental Review shows that it can return to the Expedited Process then it will do so.
