Expansion Plans definition

Expansion Plans has the meaning set out in Clause 4.1.2.
Expansion Plans means the Shurgard Europe Expansion Plans as defined in Clause 4.1.1, and set forth in Exhibit 4.1.1(a) to this Agreement.
Expansion Plans means the preliminary space plan for the Tenant Improvements prepared by JAZD (the “Architect”), identified as Proposed Plan No. 1, dated September 24, 2012 and the Specifications dated January 12, 2013 (copies of which are attached hereto).

Examples of Expansion Plans in a sentence

  • Tenant shall deliver the Expansion Plans to Landlord for Landlord’s review and approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with notice of any objections to the Expansion Plans within twenty (20) days after Landlord’s receipt of same.

  • If We Do Not Raise Enough Money, We Will Have To Delay Our Expansion Plans Or Go Out Of Business.

  • Once the Expansion Plans have been approved by Landlord, Tenant shall be responsible for the installation of the improvements in the Expanded Premises in accordance with the Expansion Plans.

  • If Martek provides its written approval to DSM for such proposed expansion plans (“Approved Expansion Plans”), then fifty percent (50%) of the actual capital costs of the Approved Expansion Plans (provided they are not materially changed from those approved by Martek) shall be added to a book entry account maintained by DSM for such purposes (the “Break Up Fee Account”).

  • Tenant shall make no material changes to the Expansion Plans and Specifications or the work reflected in the Expansion Plans and Specifications without the written consent of the Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld provided such changes do not affect any structural elements of the Building or Building systems.

  • Tenant agrees that in connection with approvals of the Final Plan Changes, and in furtherance of Tenant’s agreement in said Section 3(f) of Exhibit “G” to the Lease that Tenant shall not unreasonably withhold its approval of such Final Expansion Plans, Tenant shall provide all approvals or disapprovals in writing within five (5) business days of the submission of any such Final Plan Changes for approval by Tenant.

  • In reliance upon the Expansion Notice, Landlord has, pursuant to Section 3(f) of Exhibit “G” to the Lease, prepared, subject to the Final Plan Changes (as defined in Section 2.01(B) of the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit B), and all as more particularly described in the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit B, Final Expansion Plans (as defined in Section 2.01(B) of the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit B), for the Building Addition.

  • In the event Landlord and Tenant fail to agree upon the Proposed Expansion Plans within ninety (90) days after the expiration of Landlord’s review period, Tenant’s exercise of the Expansion Option shall automatically be rendered null and void and the Expansion Option (and this Exhibit F) of no further force and effect.

  • Within forty-five (45) days following the end of each calendar quarter, until Regeneron has been reimbursed for the Maximum Reimbursable Amount under this Section 4.1, Regeneron shall provide to Sanofi a detailed report of the costs incurred by it in such calendar quarter to implement the Expansion Plans, together with an invoice therefor.

  • The Expansion Plans and Specifications shall be subject to Landlord’s approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, provided that such Expansion Plans and Specifications comply with the requirements of this Section 6.


More Definitions of Expansion Plans

Expansion Plans means the final drawings, plans and specifications which have been prepared by Owner's architect and general contractor in connection with the proposed expansion of the capacity of the Facility to 13,000 persons, copies of which have been previously provided to Pavilion by Owner.
Expansion Plans means as defined in Section 17.4.

Related to Expansion Plans

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Building Plans means the general building plans in respect of the Development approved by the Building Authority and includes any approved amendments or modifications thereto;

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Parent Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.

  • Existing Plan means the Amended and Restated Novatel Wireless, Inc. 2000 Stock Incentive Plan.

  • Statutory Plans means statutory benefit plans which a Party and any of its Subsidiaries are required to participate in or comply with, including any benefit plan administered by any federal or provincial government and any benefit plans administered pursuant to applicable health, tax, workplace safety insurance, and employment insurance legislation;

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Original Project means the Project described in the Original Financing Agreement.

  • Urban renewal project means undertakings and activities of a municipality in an urban renewal area for the elimination and for the prevention of the development or spread of slums and blight, and may involve slum clearance and redevelopment in an urban renewal area, or rehabilitation or conservation in an urban renewal area, or any combination or part of them in accordance with an urban renewal plan. These undertakings and activities may include:

  • Expansion means the addition of buildings, structures, machinery or equipment for purposes of increasing production capacity.

  • Project labor agreement means an agreement by which labor organizations agree to terms and conditions of employment, to cooperate in resolving labor disputes, and to maintain labor peace on the Project.

  • Area Plan or “multiyear area plan” means a document, developed in accordance with the uniform area plan format and IAPI issued by the department, that is submitted to the department every four years, with annual updates, by an AAA in order to receive subgrants from the department’s grants.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Master Plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual contract plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual contract plans, provided the master plan has been approved.
