Expansion Land definition

Expansion Land means the parcels highlighted in the General Map and listed in Schedule 4 (Site and Expansion Land) (in case of conflicts between the General Map and Schedule 4, the General Map shall apply).
Expansion Land in this Section 6.6 refer to all or any portion of the Expansion Land.
Expansion Land means the Expansion Land as defined in the Preamble.

Examples of Expansion Land in a sentence

  • Proceed with the Additional Population and Expansion Land formulas to determine the land supply necessary to return the municipality to the Optimum Land Supply.

  • If Tenant exercises the option to purchase the Expansion Land after purchasing the Property, the parties shall execute the Purchase Agreement; however, the "Property" as defined therein shall only be the Expansion Land and the Purchase Price shall be $1.50 per square foot of Net Land Area, as defined in the Purchase Agreement.

  • If the offer to purchase the Property is from a Bona Fide Third Party and Tenant fails to notify Landlord within said five (5) day period of Tenant's election to exercise its right to purchase the Property, Tenant shall be deemed to have waived its right to exercise its right to purchase the Property, or the Property and Expansion Land and Landlord shall be free to sell the Property on the terms and conditions to the offering party based on their Proposal.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, in the event the Tenant exercises the option to purchase the Property prior to the expiration of the Option Period but does not exercise the option to purchase the Expansion Land, Tenant's option to purchase the Expansion Land shall continue not withstanding the termination or merger of this Lease, and be exercisable by Tenant until the Option Period ends.

  • Provided Tenant is not then in default of the Lease, Tenant or its assigns shall have a continuing right to purchase the Property, or the Property and the Expansion Land (the "Purchase Option") for the period not exceeding the twenty fourth (24th) month of the Lease Term ("Option Period").

  • The Expansion Land is the same parcel as the “Expansion Land” described in Section 17 of the Lease.

  • The parties have agreed that Landlord will construct a 20,000 square foot expansion of the Building (the “Expansion”) upon that parcel of land identified on Exhibit C attached hereto which is contiguous to the Land and contains approximately 2,933 square meters (the “Expansion Land”) and that the Expansion and Expansion Land will become part of the Premises, all as provided in this Amendment.

  • Therefore, Section 17 of the Lease (which refers to the Expansion Land) is hereby deleted in its entirety and the words “Intentionally Omitted” substituted therefor.


More Definitions of Expansion Land

Expansion Land means those parcels comprising the Land as set forth on Exhibit B hereto.
Expansion Land has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Related to Expansion Land

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Parcel of land means the aggregate of one or more areas of land described in a certificate of title or described in a certificate of title by reference to a plan filed or registered in a land titles office;

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Project Area means THE AREA WHERE WORK IS BEING PERFORMED FOR THE CITY OF SUFFOLK, VIRGINIA.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Expansion means the addition of buildings, structures, machinery or equipment for purposes of increasing production capacity.

  • Commercial Premises Means a place of trade or premises operated for financial gain, including but not limited to, a retirement village or a block of flats that has a common facility; a place of trade where the manufacture and production of products or produce takes place; a site where renovation, restoration and refurbishment work as described in Appendix B takes place.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after the plan's effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Area B means the populated areas delineated by a red line and shaded in yellow on attached map No. 1, and the built-up area of the hamlets listed in Appendix 6 to Annex I; and

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);
