Exit Load definition

Exit Load means Load on repurchase/Redemption of Units.
Exit Load means contingent load, back end load and any other charges as may be applied by Management Company.
Exit Load means the fee as prescribed in Annexure “A” hereto, payable in accordance with Clause 17.3 hereunder.

  • The introduction of the Exit Load alongwith the details would be stamped in the acknowledgement slip issued to the investors on submission of the application form and would also be disclosed in the statement of accounts issued after the introduction of such load.

  • No exit load is chargeable in case of switches made between different options of schemes, subject to regulations, the Trustee retains the right to change / impose an Exit Load.
