Exit Facility Term Sheet definition

Exit Facility Term Sheet means the Exit Facility Term Sheet attached as Exhibit 2 to Exhibit B of the Restructuring Support Agreement.

Exit Facility Term Sheet means the term sheet setting forth the material terms of the Exit Facility attached as Exhibit 2 to the Restructuring Term Sheet.
