Exit Assistance means the provision of advice, training, assistance, information, data (and format thereof) and actions as are reasonably requested by the Replacement Administering Authority to effect a smooth transfer (and continued operation) of any of the Administering Authority Obligations from the control and provision of the Outgoing Administering Authority to the Replacement Administering Authority;
Exit Assistance means the assistance to be provided as specified in paragraph 7.1 (General);

Examples of Exit Assistance in a sentence
In the event of the termination or expiry of the Contract for any reason the Supplier shall provide Exit Assistance Services to the Customer in accordance with the requirements of the Exit Plan jointly agreed between the parties.
The Customer shall pay the Exit Assistance Service Charges in respect of the provisions of the Exit Assistance Service.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Contract shall be active until the completion of the Exit Assistance Services.
Upon termination of a Cloud Service and upon written request by Purchasing Entity, Cloud Provider will provide Exit Assistance in accordance with the applicable SOW.

Exit Assistance means the assistance to be provided by a Terminating Party pursuant to paragraph 5 of this Schedule;
