Existing uses definition

Existing uses means those uses actually attained in a water body on or after November 28, 1975, whether or not they are included in the water quality standards.

Existing uses means those uses actually attained in the waterbody on or after November 28, 1975, whether or not they are included under 327 IAC 2-1-3 or 327 IAC 2-1.5-5.
