Existing Transactions definition

Existing Transactions means the Acquisition and the financing thereof, the Altice USA Distribution, the Combination Transactions, the issuance of the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes and the Existing Senior Notes and the entry into and borrowings under the Senior Secured Facilities (and any amendments thereof).
