Existing Title Policy definition

Existing Title Policy means, the existing title insurance policy for the Property.
Existing Title Policy means a copy of the existing owner’s or lessee’s title insurance policy for each parcel of the Real Property that the Sellers have provided to the Buyer.
Existing Title Policy means the most recent owner’s title insurance policy insuring Waterford Titleholder, a copy of which (together with copies of all exception documents) has been or will be delivered to REIT as part of the Property Information.

Examples of Existing Title Policy in a sentence

  • The Sellers have delivered to the Buyer a copy of the most recent Existing Title Policy and a copy of the most recent Existing Survey of the Owned Real Property in their possession.

  • The Sellers have delivered to the Buyer a copy of the most recent Existing Title Policy and a copy of the most recent Existing Survey in their possession with respect to each parcel of Owned Real Property.

More Definitions of Existing Title Policy

Existing Title Policy means each of the mortgagee’s title insurance policies that were issued pursuant to the terms of the Original Credit Agreement, the Restated Credit Agreement, the Second Restated Credit Agreement, the Third Restated Credit Agreement, the Fourth Restated Credit Agreement, the Fifth Restated Credit Agreement or the Sixth Restated Credit Agreement.
Existing Title Policy means, with respect to any Non-Material Real Property Asset, the existing title insurance policy for such Non-Material Real Property Asset issued to one or more Sellers as the “insured” and delivered by Sellers to Purchasers on or immediately prior to the date hereof.
Existing Title Policy has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(f).
Existing Title Policy means a copy of the existing owner’s or lessee’s title insurance policy for (a) each parcel of the CCR Real Property that the CCR Parties have provided to the CCBCC Parties or (b) each parcel of the CCBCC Real Property that the CCBCC Parties have provided to the CCR Parties and their designees.
Existing Title Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.22(g) hereof.
Existing Title Policy means the Owner’s Policy of Title Insurance No. 0-0000-0000000 issued by Xxxxxxx Title Guaranty Company in favor of Owner dated July 24, 2000.
Existing Title Policy means Seller’s existing owner’s policy of title insurance for the Real Property. “Extension Period” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.1(b).
