Existing Title Policies definition

Existing Title Policies means the existing title insurance policy for each Property.
Existing Title Policies means each of the title insurance policies for the Mortgaged Properties as listed on Schedule 1.01(a) under the heading “Existing Title Policies”.
Existing Title Policies means each title insurance policy delivered to the U.S. Administrative Agent pursuant to the Original Credit Agreement.
