Existing Swap means (i) the ISDA Master Agreement, including the Schedule and related confirmation, each dated as of August 7, 2008, between the City and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Financial Products, Inc. (as successor in interest to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Financial Products, Inc. (“RJFP”), (ii) the Replacement Transaction Agreement, dated as of August 7, 2008, among the City, RJFP, and Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch, and (iii) the Credit Support Annex, dated as of August 7, 2008, between the City and Deutsche Bank AG, New York Branch.]
Existing Swap means ISDA Master Agreement dated December 20, 2010, as amended by the Joinder and First Amendment to ISDA Master Agreement dated January 27, 2011, executed by Borrowers and Wells Faxxx Xank, together with the ISDA schedule and any confirmation of transactions thereunder, as amended, modified or replaced from time to time.
Existing Swap means the swap transaction governed by that certain ISDA Schedule to the 2002 Master Agreement dated as of April 27, 2012, by and between Bank of America, N.A. and Borrower, as amended.

Existing Swap means the ISDA Master Agreement dated as of 6th February 1997 entered into between the Borrower and the Existing Swap Counterparty, together with the Schedule thereto and all confirmations to that Master Agreement;

Related to Existing Swap

  • Eligible Swap Counterparty means an entity, which may be an affiliate of a remarketing agent, engaged in the business of entering into derivative instrument contracts that satisfies the Rating Agency Condition.

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Existing Contract means a contract that was made before the operative date;

  • Existing Senior Notes means the Existing 2020 Senior Notes and the Existing 2021 Senior Notes, collectively.

  • Swap means any agreement, contract, or transaction that constitutes a “swap” within the meaning of section 1a(47) of the Commodity Exchange Act.
