Existing Survey definition

Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.
Existing Survey shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Existing Survey means a copy of the existing survey, if any, for each parcel of the Real Property that the Sellers have provided to the Buyer.

  • Any other survey (or update to Seller’s Existing Survey) necessary for the issuance of an ALTA title policy shall be obtained by Buyer at Buyer’s expense.


More Definitions of Existing Survey

Existing Survey has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.1.

Existing Survey means a survey of any Mortgaged Property (and all improvements thereon) which was accepted by the Collateral Agent in connection with an Existing Mortgage, together with any certificates, affidavits, or updates reasonably required by the Title Company.
