Existing Stock Options definition

Existing Stock Options means all contractual rights of any Person prior to the Effective Date to purchase or acquire any Equity Interests in the Debtor.

More Definitions of Existing Stock Options

Existing Stock Options means any options granted by U.S. Plastic Lumber Corp. and outstanding on the Petition Date to purchase shares of the Common Stock.
