Existing Stock Option Plan means 2013 Equity Incentive Plan of the Company, effective as of August 21, 2013.
Existing Stock Option Plan means each the option plan for Metrocall employees to purchase Existing Common Stock of Metrocall, Inc. which was terminated on April 9, 2002.
