Existing Stock definition

Existing Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(b).

Existing Stock means the issued and outstanding common stock of VIVUS as of the Existing Stock Record Date.

Existing Stock means, collectively, the Existing Common Stock and the Existing Preferred Stock.

More Definitions of Existing Stock

Existing Stock means shares of stock of the Debtor that are authorized, issued and outstanding prior to the Effective Date.
