Existing Shareholder definition

Existing Shareholder means any Person that is a holder of Ordinary Shares as of December 8, 2017.

Existing Shareholder means any stockholder of the Company that, together with such stockholder’s Affiliates, owns more than 5% of the Voting Stock of the Company as of August 14, 2009, so long as the Pritzker Affiliates continue to own more Voting Stock of the Company than such Existing Shareholder.

• To the extent that an Existing Shareholder does not exercise its Priority Allocation rights to subscribe for the Convertible Bonds, such Existing Shareholder’s proportionate ownership and voting interest in the Issuer is likely to be reduced, and the percentage that such shareholder held in the Issuer’s share capital prior to the issuance of new Ordinary Shares as a result of the exercise of Convertible Bonds will accordingly be reduced.

Existing Shareholder means any Person who is the Beneficial Owner of 20% or more of the outstanding shares of Common Stock on February 20, 1990, or any Person that is or becomes a fiduciary of any Person or Persons who is or are in the aggregate the Beneficial Owner of (or any Person for whose account were held) 20% or more of the outstanding shares of Common Stock on February 20, 1990.

Existing Shareholder means the Adolph Coors, Jr. Trust, any individual who or entity which has been, is or in the future becomes a trustee thereof or any beneficiary thereof, any other trust the primary beneficiaries of which are descendants of Adolph Coors, Sr. or spouses or former spouses of such descendants, and/or any individual who or entity which has been, is or in the future becomes a trustee of any such trusts or any beneficiary thereof.

Alfred Taubman’s issue or any of his or their respective descendants, heirs, beneficiaries or donees or any trust, corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity if substantially all of the economic interests in such entity are held by or for the benefit of such persons
