Existing Royalties definition

Existing Royalties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.
Existing Royalties means the obligation to pay royalties to third parties as indicated in Exhibit E.

More Definitions of Existing Royalties

Existing Royalties means (i) the CFEM statutory royalty imposed by Laws 7990/1989 and 8001/1990 (as amended), which is currently set at 1.5% of gross revenue, and may be amended from time to time by a Governmental Authority; (ii) a landowner royalty on any of the Mining Properties that is provided for in the Brazilian Mining Code (Decree-law No. 227/1967); and (iii) any royalty granted by the Mine Owner to a third party seller of any interest in the Mining Properties set out in Schedule A, Part 2 on acquisition of such interest by Mine Owner.
Existing Royalties has the meaning specified in the Option Agreement.
Existing Royalties means those royalties set forth in Schedule "C" attached hereto.

Existing Royalties means the 3% net smelter return royalty that was reserved by and granted to Eagle Trail in respect of the minerals from the Mineral Rights described in Schedule A pursuant to an agreement between Eagle Trail and Guinness, which royalty was subsequently subdivided into 3 royalties (2 of which were assigned) that are currently payable as follows:
