Existing Residents definition

Existing Residents means those Residents, both landowners and non-landowners, who live within the boundary of and are subject to the jurisdiction of the District;
Existing Residents means PSH-Eligible Existing Residents and Other Existing Residents.
Existing Residents means those existing residents as defined in the Housing Needs Assessment;

Examples of Existing Residents in a sentence

  • Tenant will notify and coordinate with the City in the event that one or more PSH-Eligible Existing Residents do not execute a PSH Lease within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date.

  • After the Effective Date, Tenant will use commercially reasonable efforts to enter into a PSH Lease within sixty (60) days of the Effective Date with all PSH-Eligible Existing Residents.

  • The rental or occupancy agreements for any Other Existing Residents (“Existing Occupancy Agreements”, and together with the PSH Leases, the “Residential Agreements”) will be assigned to Tenant on the Effective Date using the form of Assignment of Leases attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Twenty percent (20%) of the Entrance Fees received by CSC in full for first generation units after the Closing Date will be deposited into a segregated account of CSC (the “Segregated Account”) until the balance of such account is equal to the lesser of (a) $2,500,000 and (b) twenty percent (20%) of the aggregate amount of Refunds due to the Existing Residents and former residents of the Retirement Community who sign an amendment to their Residency Agreements (the “Former Residents”).

  • In addition, by executing this Global Amendment, the Existing Resident(s) acknowledge(s) that this Global Amendment has been carefully reviewed by the Existing Resident(s) or their legal representative.

  • Existing Residents may be required to attend Orientation, as directed by PHA, as a condition of continued occupancy if lease violations have occurred.

  • Existing Residents at the time of privatization (who took occupancy prior to the Commencement Date) may request a joint walk-through inspection of the Premises, which will be scheduled within a reasonable period after request.

  • CSC shall maintain and continue to fund the Segregated Account at the level described above until such time as no Refunds are otherwise due to Existing Residents or Former Residents.

  • CSC and the Existing Residents have caused this Global Amendment to be executed as of the day and year written below.

  • Funds held in the Segregated Account shall be used solely to fund the difference, if any, between the amount of a Refund due to one or more of the Existing Residents and the new Entrance Fee received in respect of the Residence of such Existing Resident(s) or Former Residents.

  • OHIO RESIDENTS The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all creditworthy customers and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. Tenants have access to an array of services that help them keep their housing, such as case management, assistance with daily activities, conflict resolution, and crisis response consistent with evidence-based practice standards published by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Walker Crips : means as appropriate, Walker Crips Investment Management, Walker Crips Structured Investments or the Nominee.

  • Housing for Older Persons means housing intended and operated for occupancy by persons 55 years of age or older (“Older Persons”). According to Georgia law, such housing must also have significant facilities and services serving the Older Persons population even though the requirement has been eliminated from the federal definition of an elderly project. At least 80% of the total occupied units in such a housing development must be occupied by at least one Older Person.

  • Key means any device designed and constructed to provide a method of operating a locking system which is designed and constructed to be operated only by that device.

  • permanent resident means a natural person whose residence in a Party is not limited as to time under its law;

  • Nonresident pharmacy means a pharmacy located outside of Utah that sells to a person in Utah.

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Family or household members means spouses, domestic partners, former spouses, former domestic partners, persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time, adult persons related by blood or marriage, adult persons who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past, persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship, persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship, and persons who have a biological or legal parent-child relationship, including stepparents and stepchildren and grandparents and grandchildren.

  • Residentia Group means Residentia Group Pty Ltd of 165 Barkly Avenue Burnley VIC, ACN 600 546 656 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;

  • Ordinarily Resident in Ireland means “Ordinarily Resident in Ireland” as defined in
