Existing Properties definition

Existing Properties means collectively the Hotel Properties listed on Schedule 1.01(b), and “Existing Property” means any of such Hotel Properties.
Existing Properties means properties owned by Centurion Apartment REIT either directly or via subsidiaries and also properties that are part of the Rollover Agreement with CAP I LP as listed in Appendix “A”.
Existing Properties means any item of property, plant and equipment, any item of investment property or any item of property under construction existing on the Issue Date.

  • On 24th June, 2016, TJ Goldsun entered into the New Property Lease Agreement with Flourish Steel, pursuant to which Flourish Steel agreed to (i) lease the Additional Properties to TJ Goldsun for a term of 20 years commencing from 1st July, 2016 to 30th June, 2036; and (ii) extend the term of the lease of the Existing Properties under the Previous Property Lease Agreement to 30th June, 2036.


More Definitions of Existing Properties

Existing Properties means the properties, including but not limited to (i) El Xxxxxx (including the La Arista deposit), (ii) Las Margaritas, (iii) Solaga, (iv) El Rey and (v) Alta Xxxxxx, each located in Oaxaca, Mexico, over which the Company holds interests;
Existing Properties means the Licensed Vacation Ownership Properties that are existing and in operation or that have been approved by Starwood as of the Effective Date, as set forth in Exhibit B-1.
