Existing Projects definition

Existing Projects means the Existing Corporate Projects and the Existing Partnership Projects.
Existing Projects means the Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Destination Club Projects and the Xxxx-Xxxxxxx Residential Projects that are existing and in operation or that have been approved by Licensor as of the Effective Date as set forth in Exhibit B.
Existing Projects means the projects that meet the criteria of subdivision (b) of section 2069 of the Fish and Game Code.

Examples of Existing Projects in a sentence

  • Existing Projects routinely go through renovations and refurbishment processes which require an abbreviated review of the undertakings as described in Article 3 of this Addendum.

  • Borrower shall have delivered to Lender, and Lender shall have approved, all surveys, maps and plats in existence with respect to the Existing Projects and individual parcels thereof.

More Definitions of Existing Projects

Existing Projects means those certain Qualified Projects included in the Loan as of the date of this amendment, which Qualified Projects are listed in Exhibit “E” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Existing Projects means the projects (or any separable component or project, including the non-revenue water component of the Umiray Angat Transbasin Project, the New Centennial Water Source/Kaliwa Dam Project and the Angat Water Transmission Improvement Project) in the Service Area identified in Schedule 3, which have been funded by MWSS from bilateral or multilateral sources prior to execution of this Agreement. “Expenditures” includes pre-operating and operating expenditures, capital maintenance and investments expenditures, working capital requirements, business taxes, and concession fees; but excludes: penalties, interest charges on late payments, financing costs, bad debt provisions, depreciation provisions and tax on income. Expenditures “efficiently and prudently incurred” does not include, among other things, payments for
Existing Projects means either or both of the Freeport Project and the Sabine Pass Project, as the context may require.
Existing Projects means the real estate projects listed on Exhibit 2 attached to this Agreement.
Existing Projects. “ means all projects listed in Part 1.3 of the Disclosure Schedule, including inventory related thereto, but excluding the Intellectual Property rights related thereto.
Existing Projects means the projects set out in Schedule 12;
Existing Projects means project of an existing enterprise that has started commercial operation at the time of application with the Board that does not qualify as new expansion or modernization project.
