Existing Process definition

Existing Process means any process described in any Part of Section II of this Standard which was in existence or under construction on the effective date of that Part.
Existing Process means the manufacturing process for Drug Substance and / or Drug Product used for the manufacture of Drug Substance and / or Drug Product as of the LOI Effective Date and described in the technology transfer documents provided by Sophiris or otherwise disclosed on behalf of Sophiris to BI RCV at the start of the Technology Transfer Period.
Existing Process has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(a).

Examples of Existing Process in a sentence

  • Sufficient Entitlements must be obtained to cover the number of Application Instances connected to the IBM SaaS during the measurement period specified in Customer's Proof of Entitlement (PoE) or Transaction Document.

More Definitions of Existing Process

Existing Process means the Natural Gas Event Claims Process established by Columbia Gas following the Merrimack Valley September 13, 2018 natural gas over-pressurization event and continuing through Preliminary Approval, whereby residents and businesses may seek recovery of damages related to the incident.
