Existing Preferred Shares definition

Existing Preferred Shares means the Preferred Shares of Just Energy issued and outstanding on the Effective Date immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Existing Preferred Shares means the Issuer’s 8.75% Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares, as may be amended, modified, supplemented, replaced, extended or renewed from time to time in compliance with the provisions of this Indenture, provided that no such amendment, modification, supplement, replacement, extension or renewal may be materially disadvantageous to the interests of the holders of the Notes.
Existing Preferred Shares means the approximately 295,000 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock issued by Rand pursuant to the Amended and Restated Certificate of Designations of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of Rand Logistics, Inc., dated as of August 8, 2006.
