Existing Portfolio definition

Existing Portfolio means the portfolio of 96 hotel properties located in 30 states in the U.S. and currently indirectly owned by the REIT;

Existing Portfolio means the existing portfolio of Ascott REIT, as disclosed in the annual report of Ascott REIT for FY2014.

Existing Portfolio shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c)(i).
