Existing Packaging definition

Existing Packaging means any packaging, including as used for existing inventory and including cartons and other packaging used in shipping, that is included in the EPC Assets and that bears any of the Licensed Trademarks.
Existing Packaging means containers, boxes, or other packaging materials of the MCD Business that are for use in connection with Existing Licensee Business Products and that are in inventory or otherwise physically exist as of the Closing Date.

  • The Existing Packaging Business Transactions are conducted in the ordinary and usual course of business of the Indofood Group and are entered into on an arm’s length basis with terms fair and reasonable to the parties.

  • Packaging means the assembly of components necessary to ensure compliance with the packaging requirements of these regulations. It may consist of one or more receptacles, absorbent materials, spacing structures, thermal insulation, radiation shielding, and devices for cooling or absorbing mechanical shocks.
