Existing Management Team definition

Existing Management Team means not less than fifty percent (50%) of the individuals who, as of the date that is one year prior to the commencement of any case by or against PTI under the Bankruptcy Code, are designated as “Officers” of PTI under Rule 16a-1(f) promulgated pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

  • Adaptive management means reliance on scientific methods to test the results of actions taken so that the management and related policy can be changed promptly and appropriately.

  • Senior Management means personnel of the Company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. This would include all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all the functional heads.
