Existing Guaranty Agreement definition

Existing Guaranty Agreement means the “Guaranty Agreement” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

Existing Guaranty Agreement is defined in the first recital.

Existing Guaranty Agreement means that certain 364-Day Guaranty Agreement dated as of December 23, 1997 among the Guarantors and Bank of America, N.A., as agent.
