Existing Guarantor definition

Existing Guarantor means each Guarantor which is a signatory (or has otherwise become a party) to the Guarantee and Indemnity and has not been released from that document.

Existing Guarantor means any guarantor under the Credit Agreement or the Stone Credit Agreement on the Closing Date.

Existing Guarantor means any guarantor under the Credit Agreements or the JSC Credit Agreement on the Closing Date.
