Existing First Lien Notes definition

Existing First Lien Notes means the Issuers’ Existing 2024 First Lien Notes and the Issuers’ Existing 2028 First Lien Notes.

Existing First Lien Notes means the 10.000% First Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2025 issued pursuant to the Existing First Lien Notes Indenture.

Existing First Lien Notes means the $500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 10.5% Subordinated Notes due 2025, issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Existing First Lien Notes Indenture.

More Definitions of Existing First Lien Notes

Existing First Lien Notes means the 11.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 issued by the Issuers under the Existing First-Lien Notes Indenture.

Existing First Lien Notes means the Company’s 10.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 issued pursuant to the Existing First Lien Notes Indenture in the original principal amount of $500,000,000 and any additional notes issued pursuant to the Existing First Lien Notes Indenture which have terms (other than interest rate, issuance price, issuance date, series and title) which are the same as such initial Existing First Lien Notes.

Existing First Lien Notes means, collectively, the 6.625% First-Priority Senior Secured Notes and the 10.00% First-Priority Senior Secured

Existing First Lien Notes means (i) $1,250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 4.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2023, (ii) $2,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 5.00% Senior Secured Notes due 2024, (iii) $1,400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 5.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2025, (iv) $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 5.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2026, (v) $1,200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 4.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2027, (vi) $2,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 4.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2029, (vii) $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2039, (viii) $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 5.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2047 and (ix) $2,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 5.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2049, in each case, outstanding on the Closing Date.

Existing First Lien Notes means the outstanding $562,326,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 of the Issuer on the Initial Issue Date after giving effect to the Restructuring Transactions.

Existing First Lien Notes means the 7.625% Senior Secured First Lien Notes due 2020, issued by the Issuer pursuant to the Existing First Lien Notes Indenture and in existence on the Issue Date (less the aggregate principal amount of Existing First Lien Notes that are thereafter converted, repurchased, redeemed, discharged or otherwise repaid).

Existing First Lien Notes means the notes as set forth on Schedule 1.1(d).
