Existing Equipment definition

Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.
Existing Equipment means a cigarette tax stamping machine that meets all of the following conditions:
Existing Equipment that part of the Licensee's Equipment installed before the date of this Agreement. "Fee": any amount payable by the Licensee under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Existing Equipment

Existing Equipment that part of the Licensee's Equipment installed before the date of this Agreement.
