Existing Environmental Reports definition

Existing Environmental Reports means those certain reports, correspondence and related materials, if any, more particularly described on EXHIBIT “E” attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Existing Environmental Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a).
Existing Environmental Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a).

Examples of Existing Environmental Reports in a sentence

  • The Authority represents and warrants to the Developer that to its knowledge, except as disclosed in the Existing Environmental Reports, no Hazardous Substances are located in, on or under the Dome Properties or the Entertainment Venue Parcel.

More Definitions of Existing Environmental Reports

Existing Environmental Reports means those environmental reports related to the Redevelopment Property, which reports are listed in Schedule E attached hereto.
