Existing Customers definition

More Definitions of Existing Customers

Existing Customers means customers who have already entered into an agreement for the supply of municipal services;

Existing Customers means all Persons who either (i) created accounts with Monacair, Héli Sécurité, Azur or their Affiliates in relation to transportation services or (ii) used or purchased transportation services provided, marketed, sold or offered by Monacair, Héli Sécurité, Azur or their Affiliates in any location prior to the Closing Date.
