Existing Common Facilities definition

Existing Common Facilities means any and all facilities, components, equipment and materials which are (a) utilized in support of the operation and maintenance of the Existing Units and one or both New Units, (b) owned by WEPCO and located on the Land (as such term is defined in the ERGS SC Unit 1 Ground Lease and the ERGS SC Unit 2 Ground Lease) and (c) in-place and operational prior to the initiation of construction of the Unit 1 Facility, as such facilities, components, equipment and materials may be repaired from time to time.
Existing Common Facilities means any and all facilities, components, equipment and materials which are (a) utilized in support of the operation and maintenance of the Oak Creek Power Plant and one or both of Elm Road Units 1 or 2, (b) owned or leased by WEPCO and (c) in-place and operational prior to the initiation of construction of Elm Road Unit 1, as such facilities, components, equipment and materials may be repaired from time to time.
Existing Common Facilities means any and all facilities, components, equipment and materials which are (a) utilized in support of the operation and maintenance of the Existing Units and one or both of the New Units, (b) owned by WEPCO and located on the Land and (c) in-place and operational prior to the initiation of construction of Unit 2, as such facilities, components, equipment and materials may be repaired from time to time.

Examples of Existing Common Facilities in a sentence

  • The security guard and collective personnel shall monitor the site and the immediate vicinity of the site to assure that patrons immediately leave the site and not consume medical marijuana in the vicinity of the collective or on the property or in the parking lot.

  • WPSC will provide to the other Company as soon as such documents become available, variance analyses comparing monthly and year-to-date actual xxxxxxxx with the respective budget items for Weston 4 and the Weston New and Existing Common Facilities in accordance with the provisions of the Joint Operating Manual.

  • MJMEUC and KEPCO also desire to participate in the undivided ownership of the Existing Common Facilities to the extent they are utilized by Unit 2.

  • These Existing Common Facilities will be described and listed by mutual agreement of the Xxxx 0 Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx as of the date of commercial operation.

  • If any of these facilities should become subject to a property tax, special assessment or other similar charge, other than the gross receipts tax, each Company shall be liable for and pay all such taxes, assessments and charges in proportion to their Ownership Shares in Weston 4, or in the case of the Weston New or Existing Common Facilities, in proportion to their New Common Ownership Shares or Existing Common Ownership Shares, as applicable.

  • WPSC will, within 30 calendar days after completion, make available to the other Company copies of any audits, related only to Weston 4 or the Weston New or Existing Common Facilities, by its own internal audit department, independent external auditors, or auditors for any regulatory body or jurisdiction.

  • WPSC shall also provide DPC with such information in WPSC's possession as DPC may reasonably request to permit DPC to determine the status of work on the Weston New and Existing Common Facilities, start-up and commissioning, training, permitting, interconnections, project budgets and construction budgets (including change orders).


More Definitions of Existing Common Facilities

Existing Common Facilities shall have the meaning specified in the Recitals to this Agreement.

Related to Existing Common Facilities

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services.   • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16

  • generation facility means a facility for generating electricity or providing ancillary services, other than ancillary services provided by a transmitter or distributor through the operation of a transmission or distribution system, and includes any structures, equipment or other things used for that purpose;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Existing structure means any structure that is installed or approved for installation at the time a wireless services provider or wireless infrastructure provider provides notice to a locality or the Department of an agreement with the owner of the structure to co-locate equipment on that structure. "Existing structure" includes any structure that is currently supporting, designed to support, or capable of supporting the attachment of wireless facilities, including towers, buildings, utility poles, light poles, flag poles, signs, and water towers.

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.
