Existing Cancer Programs definition

Existing Cancer Programs has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Existing Cancer Programs in a sentence

  • Intrexon shall also (a) make available to ZIOPHARM all Intrexon Materials associated with the conduct of the Existing Cancer Programs, and (b) take such actions and execute such other instruments, assignments and documents as may be necessary to effect the transfer of rights thereunder to ZIOPHARM.

  • Promptly following the Effective Date, Intrexon shall promptly assign to ZIOPHARM, and will provide full copies of, all regulatory approvals and regulatory filings that relate to the Existing Cancer Programs.

  • No later than sixty (60) days after the Effective Date (or as soon thereafter as practicable), Intrexon shall provide to ZIOPHARM copies of the relevant portions of all material reports and data, including clinical and non-clinical data and reports, obtained or generated by or on behalf of Intrexon or its Affiliates in connection with the Existing Cancer Programs.

  • Computer Programs means a set of related electronic instructions which direct the operations and functions of a computer or device connected to it, which enable the computer or device to receive, process, store, retrieve or send data.

  • Pension program means the defined benefit pension program of the Oregon Public Service

  • Product Candidate means each of MYO-101, MYO-102, MYO-103, MYO-201 and MYO-301, as defined on Exhibit B, in each case in any form or formulation.

  • Enrolled student means a person that has officially registered with the school or school district and is taking part in the educational program.

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.

  • Approved clinical trial means a phase I, phase II, phase III, or phase IV clinical trial that is conducted in relation to the prevention, detection, or treatment of cancer or other life-threatening disease or Condition and is described in any of the following:

  • Secondary Systems means control or power circuits that operate below 600 volts, AC or DC, including, but not limited to, any hardware, control or protective devices, cables, conductors, electric raceways, secondary equipment panels, transducers, batteries, chargers, and voltage and current transformers.

  • Acid Rain Program means the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides air pollution control program established pursuant to Title IV of the Act under 40 CFR Parts 72-78.
