Existing Businesses definition

Existing Businesses means each of the businesses owned or operated, directly or indirectly, as of the Closing Date by Global Parent and its Subsidiaries.

Existing Businesses has the meaning set out in clause 14.3.

More Definitions of Existing Businesses

Existing Businesses means the following ------------------- businesses in which Employer is currently engaged in the United States and the United Kingdom:
