Existing Arrangements definition

Existing Arrangements means the contracts and other agreements in effect on the Issue Date to the extent specified in Annex I to this Indenture.

Existing Arrangements means all gathering, processing, fractionation, transportation, and/or marketing agreements to which Service Provider (or any Affiliate of Service Provider) or Owner is a party and to which Hydrocarbon production from the Assets is subject.

• For the avoidance of doubt, if the Transaction is not consummated, the Existing Arrangements will remain in full force and effect, and this Employment Agreement will be null and void ab initio.

Existing Arrangements. Except as set forth in the MNI Disclosure Schedule, MNI has no knowledge that, either as a result of the actions contemplated hereby or for any other reason (exclusive of expiration of a contract upon the passage of time), any entity having an arrangement with MNI identified in Schedule A will not continue to conduct business with NACT after the Closing Date in substantially the same manner as it has conducted business with MNI in the past.
