Existing Accounts definition

Existing Accounts is defined in Section 6.8(a).

Existing Accounts means all of the Accounts in existence as of the Effective Date opened under and/or subject to the Plan provided by Bank pursuant to the Credit Card Processing Agreement.

Existing Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.01(a) of Schedule 2.02(a) to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Existing Accounts

Existing Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.1(a) of Schedule 2.02(a) to the Servicing Agreement.

Existing Accounts means all accounts with customers of the Company as of the Closing and listed on Schedule 4(a)(i); provided, however, that no account listed on Schedule 4(a)(i) shall constitute an Existing Account unless (i) such account is with a customer of the Company to whom the Company has delivered an invoice within the twelve (12) month period prior to the Closing and (ii) with respect to any customers with multiple business units and/or print or corporate promotional buyers, such account is with the actual business unit or print buyer of such customer.

Existing Accounts means all of the Accounts in existence as of the Effective Date opened under and/or subject to the Plan provided by Bank pursuant to the Prior Agreement.

Existing Accounts has the meaning specified in Section 4.25.

Existing Accounts means the cash concentration accounts and other deposit accounts of the Loan Parties set forth on Schedule II.
