Existing 2013 Notes Indenture definition

Existing 2013 Notes Indenture means the indenture between the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Wilmington Trust Company, dated as of July 1, 2003, governing the Existing 2013 Notes.
Existing 2013 Notes Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of March 7, 2008, by and among CEDC and the Existing 2013 Notes Indenture Trustee, as trustee, relating to the Existing 2013 Notes, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time as of the date hereof.
