  • The Exhibitor shall be responsible for the conduct of its employees, agents, contractors, sub-contractors and guests whilst at the Venue who shall be bound by and must observe the terms set out in the Exhibitor Application Form, these Exhibitor Terms and Conditions and the Exhibitor’s Manual in all respects.

  • On receipt of the duly completed and signed Exhibitor Application Form and deposit, the Show Organisers may register the Exhibitor as an exhibitor at the Show.

  • Failure by the Exhibitor to pay the Exhibition Fee or any part of it in accordance with the terms set out in the Exhibitor Application Form entitles the Show Organisers to immediately terminate the Agreement by written notice to the Exhibitor and the Exhibitor shall forfeit any right to participate in the Show and any refund of any part of the Exhibition Fee previously paid.

  • The Exhibitor agrees to pay the Exhibition Fee to the Show Organisers in accordance with the terms set out in the Exhibitor Application Form.

  • Approximately two (2) months before the exhibition, SPE will send an Exhibitor Services Manual to the Exhibitor’s primary contact as listed on the Exhibitor Application Form.

  • Upon acceptance of the Exhibition Contract Exhibitor Application Form by the Organizers there shall be a contract between the Organizers and Exhibitor subject to these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Organizers in their discretion may accept the Exhibitor’s application for space orally (including by telephone), by telex facsimile or by forwarding to the Exhibitor written acceptance (which shall include a copy of the Exhibitor Application Form signed by or on behalf of Organizers and the Exhibitor).

  • The Exhibitor agrees to pay the Exhibition Fee to the Show Organisers as follows: (i) fifty per cent (50%) of the Exhibition Fee shall be payable on the date of completion of the Exhibitor Application Form; and (ii) the remaining fifty per cent (50%) of the Exhibition Fee plus Bond if applicable, shall be payable on the date which is sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the Event.

  • The raw space rental fees are given in the Exhibitor Application Form during the respective contract period.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
