Examples of Exhibit T in a sentence

  • Any reporting party identified on Exhibit T shall promptly notify the Depositor and the Servicer (if the notifying party is not the Servicer), but in no event later than one (1) Business Day after its occurrence, of any Reportable Event of which it has actual knowledge.

  • If the Item 1119 Parties listed on Exhibit T have changed since the Closing Date, no later than March 1 of each year, the Depositor shall provide each of the Servicer and the Trustee via electronic mail (XXXXX.Xxxxxxxxxxxxx@xx.xxx) with an updated Exhibit T setting forth the Item 1119 Parties.

  • The Certificate Administrator has no duty under this Agreement to monitor or enforce the performance by the parties listed on Exhibit T to this Agreement of their duties under this paragraph or proactively solicit or procure from such parties any Additional Form 10-K Disclosure information.
