Exhibit Booth means the booth to be occupied by the Exhibitor. “Facility” means the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. “Show” means the 2021 CMEExpo.
Exhibit Booth means the portion of the exhibit area of the Event licensed by Management to Exhibitor.

Examples of Exhibit Booth in a sentence

  • The distribution of literature or promotional items is limited to the Exhibit booth area assigned to Vendor.

  • EARLY DISMANTLING PROHIBITED Exhibit booth inspections will be made throughout the Event.

  • Exhibit booth cancellation prior to April 30, 2021, the following seniority rules apply: One year not exhibiting - 25% loss in seniority; two consecutive years not exhibiting - 50% loss in seniority; three consecutive years not exhibiting – 100% loss in seniority; exhibit booth cancellation after April 30, 2021, no refunds; however, full seniority is retained.

  • Exhibit booth space can be offered to separate legal entities (with separate Tax IDs) that may be owned by the same corporation.

  • Exhibit booth structure that will extend out from the booth backline to the aisle and that will be higher than 3 feet must be approved by Management.

  • Exhibit booth personnel identification will be restricted to owners, employees, volunteers, subcontractors, and agents who are staffing the exhibit booth during move-in, show hours or move-out hours.

  • Exhibit 1 means Exhibit 1 to this Schedule C.

  • Closing Checklist means the schedule, including all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, listing certain documents and information to be delivered in connection with the Agreement, the other Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated thereunder, substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex D.

  • Annex II means Annex II to Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste.

  • Collateral Questionnaire means a certificate in form satisfactory to Collateral Agent that provides information with respect to the personal or mixed property of each Credit Party.
