Exhibit Book means the exhibits to the Plan, as such exhibits may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.
Exhibit Book means the exhibits to the Disclosure Statement, the Plan, and/or the other Plan Documents, as may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.
Exhibit Book means the exhibits to the Disclosure Statement or the Plan, as filed contemporaneously with the Disclosure Statement and Plan, as such exhibits may be amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time.
