Exercised Options definition

Exercised Options shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Exercised Options means, with respect to a Management Stockholder, Shares acquired upon the conversion of stock options rolled over by Management Stockholders in the Merger, which options total the amounts set forth in Schedule A.

Related to Exercised Options

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.
