Exercise definition

Exercise means the exercise by a Transferee or his Nominee(s) of the Option pursuant to the terms of this Agreement;
Exercise means the act whereby the buyer (the “Holder”) of an Options Contract chooses to Exercise its right to buy or sell the Underlying to the seller (the “Writer”) under the terms of the Options Contract and will receive Settlement on those terms;

Examples of Exercise in a sentence

  • As to any fraction of a share which the Holder would otherwise be entitled to purchase upon such exercise, the Company shall, at its election, either pay a cash adjustment in respect of such final fraction in an amount equal to such fraction multiplied by the Exercise Price or round up to the next whole share.
