Exempt compound definition

Exempt compound means the same as defined in Rule 2.
Exempt compound means any carbon-containing compound listed as an exemption to the definition of volatile organic compound (VOC) in Part 0 of this Subchapter (General Definitions).
Exempt compound or "Exempt solvent" means an organic compound listed in the definition of volatile organic compound as not participating in atmospheric photochemical reactions.
