Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease definition

Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease means a contract or lease to which a Debtor is a party that is subject to assumption, assumption and assignment or rejection under section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code and includes any modifications, amendments, addenda or supplements thereto or restatements thereof.
