Executive Programs definition

Executive Programs means the executive benefit plans and programs to be established, assumed or maintained by Spinco or a member of the Spinco Group, including those plans and programs listed and designated as such in Appendix B.
Executive Programs when immediately preceded by "NSI" means the executive benefit and nonqualified plans, programs, and arrangements established, maintained, agreed upon, or assumed by a member of the NSI Group for the benefit of employees and former employees of members of the NSI Group before the Close of the Distribution Date. When immediately preceded by "Spinco," "Executive Programs" means the executive benefit plans and programs to be established, assumed or maintained by Spinco or a member of the Spinco Group, including those plans and programs listed and designated as such in Appendix B.
Executive Programs when immediately preceded by "Equifax" means the executive benefit and nonqualified plans, programs, and arrangements established, maintained, agreed upon, or assumed by a member of the Equifax Group for the benefit of employees and former employees of members of the Equifax Group before the Close of the Distribution Date. When immediately preceded by "Certegy," "Executive Programs" means the executive benefit plans and programs to be established or which are maintained by Certegy pursuant to Section 2.03 that correspond to the respective Equifax Executive Programs, including those plans and programs listed in Appendix A.

Examples of Executive Programs in a sentence

  • An Executive Programs Leadership Team Plus with one Team Plus Leader and less than three (3) Team Plus Members is permissible so long as one of the Team Plus Members is a Delegate or Partner.

  • Executive Programs Leadership team solutions with one Leader and less than three (3) team member licenses is permissible so long as one of the team member licenses is an IT Executive or a Partner Leader with at least three (3) Advisor and/or Cross Function team member licenses per Partner license.

  • An Executive Programs Leadership Team with one Team Leader and less than three (3) Team Members is permissible so long as one of the Team Members is a Delegate or Partner.

  • Executive Programs Leadership Team Essentials is limited to select markets and may only consist of one (1) Team Leader and up to ten (10) Team Essentials Members per Team (other Team Member types are not permitted); contact your Account Executive for availability in your area.

More Definitions of Executive Programs

Executive Programs means the executive benefit plans and programs to be established or which are maintained by Certegy pursuant to Section 2.03 that correspond to the respective Equifax Executive Programs, including those plans and programs listed in Appendix A.
Executive Programs means the executive benefit plans and programs to be established by TRICON pursuant to Section 2.3 that correspond to the respective PepsiCo Executive Programs including those plans and programs listed in Appendix A.

Related to Executive Programs

  • Employee Assistance Program means an established program capable of providing expert assessment of employee personal concerns; confidential and timely identification services with regard to employee drug abuse; referrals of employees for appropriate diagnosis, treatment, and assistance; and follow-up services for employees who participate in the program or require monitoring after returning to work. If, in addition to the above activities, an employee assistance program provides diagnostic and treatment services, these services shall in all cases be provided by the program.

  • Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.

  • Medical Executive Committee or “MEC” means the Executive Committee of the Medical Staff.

  • Dependent care assistance program means a benefit plan

  • Executive Severance Plan means the Company’s Senior Executive Employee Severance Pay Plan, as in effect from time to time.

  • Compensation and Benefits Programs means all compensation and benefit plans, policies, and programs of the Debtors, and all amendments and modifications thereto, applicable to the Debtors’ employees, former employees, retirees, and non-employee directors and the employees, former employees and retirees of their subsidiaries, including all savings plans, retirement plans, health care plans, disability plans, and incentive plans, deferred compensation plans, and life, accidental death, and dismemberment insurance plans.

  • Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.

  • Medical Benefits means the monthly fair market value of benefits provided to the Employee and the Employee’s dependents under the major medical, dental and vision benefit plans sponsored and maintained by the Company, at the level of coverage in effect for such persons immediately prior to the Employee’s termination of employment date. The “monthly fair market value” of such benefits shall be equal to the monthly cost as if such persons elected COBRA continuation coverage at such time at their own expense.

  • Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.

  • Health plan or "health benefit plan" means any policy,

  • Health Benefits means health maintenance organization, insured or self-funded medical, dental, vision, prescription drug and behavioral health benefits.

  • Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.

  • Senior Executive means the chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and anyone in charge of a principal business unit or function.

  • Training program means a standardized medication

  • Health Plans means any and all individual and family health and hospitalization insurance and/or self-insurance plans, medical reimbursement plans, prescription drug plans, dental plans and other health and/or wellness plans.

  • Employers means the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries (now in existence or hereafter formed or acquired) that have been selected by the Board to participate in the Plan and have adopted the Plan as a sponsor.

  • Executive Council means the Executive Council of the University;
