Executive Level Representative definition

Executive Level Representative or “ELR” means the individual designated and empowered with the authority to represent and make decisions on behalf of Procuring Agency or the Representative of the Executive Level Representative.

Examples of Executive Level Representative in a sentence

  • All decisions made by the Executive Level Representative are final.

  • If the Deliverable is deemed unacceptable under Quality Assurance, fifteen (15) Business Days from the date the Executive Level Representative receives the Deliverable(s) and accompanying Payment Invoice, the Executive Level Representative will send a consolidated set of comments indicating issues, unacceptable items, and/or requested revisions accompanying the rejection.

  • The Executive Level Representative shall provide a written decision on the Change Request to the Contractor within a maximum of ten (10) Business Days of receipt of the Change Request.

  • Unless the Executive Level Representative gives notice of rejection within the fifteen (15) Business Day Acceptance period, the Deliverable will be deemed to have been Accepted.
