Executive means the individual named in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
Executive Director means the executive director of the
Executive Employee means those employees of the Company of Grade Level 10 or above.
Executive session means all or part of a meeting that is closed or confidential.
Date of Employment means the first day an Employee performs an Hour of Service.
Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reason” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.
Scope of employment means performance by an employee acting in good faith within the duties of the employee’s office or employment or of tasks lawfully assigned by a competent authority including the operation or use of an agency vehicle or equipment with actual or implied consent of the supervisor of the employee, but shall not include corruption or fraud;
Term of Employment means the period specified in Section 2.
Severance Term means the six (6) month period following Employee’s termination by the Company without Just Cause (other than by reason of death or Disability) or by Employee for Good Reason; provided, that if such termination occurs within twelve (12) months following a Change in Control, the Severance Term shall be the twelve (12) month period following such termination.
Non-Executive Director Means any director who is not an Executive Director.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;
Executive Severance Plan means the Company’s Senior Executive Employee Severance Pay Plan, as in effect from time to time.
Employment Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.
Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.
Employment Termination Date means, with respect to a Participant, the first day upon which the Participant no longer has an employment or service relationship with the Company or any Related Company.
Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.
Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.
Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

Executives has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2(a).
Executive Engineer means the Executive Engineer, Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan for the time being in charge of the Central Store Division, Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan, Uttarakhand.
Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of an occurrence of a Change of Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the date which is one and one-half years following the occurrence of the Change of Control, and (ii) the Executive's death.
Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.
